Locking your computer with a bluetooth device?
Check out Blue Proximity for Ubuntu/Debian and Blue Lock for windows:
The linux version has locking and unlocking scripts to pause / play music and display screen saver.

The RepRap Robot
Another project I have been keeping an eye on – here:
This is a project to make a robotic 3D plastic extrusion printer that is capable of making the parts to make another robot to make parts to make another robot…. in other words it is a self replicating robot 🙂
But thats not all – it can make lots of other items
